今から寝れば、3時間は寝れる。
ほっとココア作ってラフマニノフ聴いてから寝るかな。（あ、やっぱりMahleかな。）

今日は疲れて早くに寝てしまって、夜中の変な時間に目が覚めてからすっかり目が冴えちゃって.. まったくもう!
十分寝たから体がすごく元気になったみたい。
